  1. Booking and Payment
  • All bookings must be made through our website, phone, or email.
  • Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed.
  • We accept payment via bank transfer, or cash.
  • Late payments may incur a fee of €15 per overdue invoice.
  1. Cancellations and Rescheduling
  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
  • We reserve the right to reschedule services due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., staff illness, extreme weather).
  1. Client Responsibilities
  • Clients must provide access to the premises at the scheduled time.
  • Clients must ensure the property is safe for our staff to work in.
  • Any special instructions or areas requiring attention must be communicated in advance.
  1. Service Guarantee

We strive for excellence. If you are not satisfied with our service, please contact us within 24 hours and we will arrange a re-clean or offer a partial refund, depending on the issue.

  1. Liability and Insurance
  • Refresh Carpet Cleaning is fully insured for public liability and employer’s liability.
  • We are not liable for pre-existing damage or wear and tear.
  • Clients must report any damage within 24 hours of service completion.
  1. Privacy and Data Protection

We comply with GDPR. Personal data collected during bookings is used solely for service delivery and communication. We do not share your data with third parties without consent.

  1. Intellectual Property

All content on refreshcarpetcleaning.ie, including logos, text, and images, is the property of Refresh Carpet Cleaning and may not be used without permission.
