1. Introduction

Welcome to Refresh Carpet Cleaning, a trading name of Emerald Shine Cleaning. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and services. By accessing or using our website, or booking our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Services provided

Refresh Carpet Cleaning offers residential and commercial cleaning services across Dublin and the surrounding areas. The scope, frequency and location of services will be agreed during booking and confirmed by email or written agreement.

3. Booking and payment

  • All bookings must be made through our website, by phone, or by email.
  • Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed.
  • We accept payment by bank transfer or cash.
  • Late payments may incur a fee of €15 per overdue invoice.

4. Cancellations and rescheduling

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
  • We reserve the right to reschedule services due to unforeseen circumstances, for example staff illness or extreme weather.

5. Client responsibilities

  • Clients must provide access to the premises at the scheduled time.
  • Clients must ensure the property is safe for our staff to work in.
  • Any special instructions, or areas requiring particular attention, must be communicated in advance.

6. Service guarantee

We strive for excellence. If you are not satisfied with our service, please contact us within 24 hours and we will arrange a re-clean or offer a partial refund, depending on the issue.

7. Liability and insurance

  • Refresh Carpet Cleaning is fully insured for public liability and employer's liability.
  • We are not liable for pre-existing damage or wear and tear.
  • Clients must report any damage within 24 hours of service completion.

8. Privacy and data protection

We comply with the GDPR. Personal data collected during bookings is used for service delivery and communication. How we handle personal data, including the service providers we use, is set out in full in our Privacy Policy.

9. Intellectual property

All content on refreshcarpetcleaning.ie, including logos, text and images, is the property of Refresh Carpet Cleaning and may not be used without permission.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page and take effect immediately upon posting.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
